What is your cancellation policy?
If the vehicle is cancelled on site a full charge will be applied. When you cancel at least two hours prior to service only a 50% cancellation charge will be applied. By not canceling within the two-hour time frame a full charge will be applied.
Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is charged on all jobs.
How close to the pick up time could I book your services?
Majestic Limousines requires a two-hour minimum booking window.
To guarantee we can do your service it is recommended you book with plenty of time.
Do you have baby seats?
We do provide baby seats upon clients request at no charge. Baby seats are provided as a courtesy & convenience of the passengers. By no means Majestic Limousines guarantees the baby seats. Parents or guardian are responsible for securing them to the vehicle & their safety. The use of our baby seats are solely on the discretion & responsibility of the user & Majestic Limousines is not responsible & relinquishes the use & responsibility to the user.
Do you have an hourly minimum?
Majestic Limosines has a 3 hour minimum on any vehicle except for airport transfers.
